Return & Refund Policy — Oldest Existing

All Oldest Existing products are printed on demand. Each item is made specifically for your order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preference, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at info@oldestexisting.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Wrong Size? Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you received the wrong size due to our error, we will send a replacement free of charge. If you ordered the wrong size, we are unable to offer an exchange as each item is made to order.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
